St. Joseph, Oke Ado in double celebrations.

Very. Rev. Fr. Benedict Ikechukwu Ugwoegbu, Parish Priest of St Joseph, Oke Ado, Ibadan. celebrated his birthday on Sunday 19th April, 2026, the same day Mothers were celebrated in the Universal Church. With thanksgiving in which all Parishioners St. Joseph Oke-Ado joined him to thank God, including the Chairman of the Parish Pastoral Council, Mr Samuel Bodunde Afolabi.

St. Joseph, Oke-Ado Catholic Women Organization, expressed

special appreciation through the President, Mrs. Felicity Ngozi Onine, on behalf of the EXCO and Committee. “We sincerely appreciate our priests, committee members, and all mothers for their dedication toward the successful 2026 Mother’s Day Celebration.

“Our heartfelt gratitude goes to all mothers whose love, faith, and sacrifice continue to inspire our families, church, and community.

“We thank our amiable Parish Priest, Very Rev.Fr. Benedict Ugwoegbu, and Associate Priest, Rev. Fr. Edward Olojede, the planning committee led by Mrs. Grace Ajibola and assisted by Mrs. Irene Akubudike, as well as all past CWO Presidents, church leaders, PPC, PLC, CMO, CYON choir, and church wardens for their contributions.

“We also appreciate all parishioners and guests, especially the Mothers and Fathers of the Day led by Lady Mary Opadokun and Prof. Charles Afolabi, alongside The Chairlady Mrs. Rita Dupe Emiohe and Chairman Mr. Gbenga Orekoya, for their support  presence and generosity
